No. The companies remain unknown to each other – even after acceptance. The Machinooo team coordinates payment and handover. If the buyer chooses “Invoice from the seller”, Machinooo passes the buyer's invoice address to the seller; through the invoice both then learn who the other is. With “Full processing via Machinooo” they never do.
Nothing – listing and selling are free for sellers. The commission is 5% of the sale price, at least €150, at most €2,500 (net). It is paid by the buyer, and it becomes due only once the seller and the buyer have confirmed the sale.
After a short review by the Machinooo team, your machine is publicly visible – without your company name. Only signed-in companies see the postcode; guests only see the town. Bidders do not learn your name or contact details, not even after acceptance – the Machinooo team coordinates the sale.
No. There is no public price on Machinooo – bidders see “Price on bid” and bid sealed. You can store an internal price expectation for your machine. Bidders never see this amount; it only serves as hidden guidance for the bid scale.
As long as your machine is published – you don't have to start anything. Each bid is valid for 72 hours from submission; until then you can accept it at any time. If you edit or withdraw the listing, the running bids end.
No. You are free to decide which bid to accept – or none at all. For each bid you see the amount, bidder, comment and how long it is valid.
Only the seller sees the bids. Other bidders learn neither amounts nor number nor who bid – not even when another bid is accepted.
Just a verified company (trade registration or commercial register extract and VAT ID) – the same one you can also sell with. You don't need a membership; there is no limit on bids or staff.
